A Multi-Attribute Decision-Making Approach for the Analysis of Vendor Management Using Novel Complex Picture Fuzzy Hamy Mean Operators

Vendor management systems (VMSs) are web-based software packages that can be used to manage businesses. The performance of the VMSs assessed using multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) techniques under uncertain situations. This article aims analyze and assess MADM techniques, especially when uncertainty is complex nature. To achieve goals, we aim explore Hany mean (HM) operators in environment picture fuzzy (CPF) sets (CPFSs). We introduce CPF Hamy (CPFHM) weighted HM (CPFWHM) operators. Moreover, reliability newly proposed examined by taking into account properties idempotency, monotonicity, boundedness. A case study VMS briefly discussed, a comprehensive numerical example carried out technique based on CPFHM sensitivity analysis comparative work discussed point significance established results.
